Lawyer on Call — Membership Program
A monthly membership for Virginia realtors, brokers, title agents, and valuation professionals who need fast, reliable attorney access — without the billable hour anxiety.
Real estate transactions don't wait. A question about contract language, an assumption of mortgage, a FSBO client who needs guidance — these arise in the middle of deals, not during business hours on a scheduled call with an attorney you've never spoken to before.
The Lawyer on Call membership gives Virginia real estate professionals direct access to experienced real estate counsel — by phone, email, or video — on a predictable monthly fee. You know your attorney. Your attorney knows your market. And when something complicated comes up, you have somewhere to turn immediately.

Common questions
Does the membership create an attorney-client relationship?
Yes — members enter into a formal engagement agreement. Your communications are protected by attorney-client privilege. This is legal representation, not a legal information service.
Can I use the membership for my clients' matters?
The membership covers guidance to you as a professional. For matters requiring direct representation of your client (closings, litigation, surplus funds claims), we handle those separately and can often provide member-rate pricing.
What if I need more than my plan covers in a given month?
We'll let you know before going over. Overflow is billed at a reduced hourly rate for members — never a surprise. We can also discuss upgrading your plan if usage consistently runs higher.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
Month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. No long-term lock-in. We'd rather earn your continued membership than hold you to a contract.
Do you cover the whole state?
Yes — we're licensed in Virginia and serve clients statewide. Most membership consultations happen by phone or video, so geography isn't a barrier.
Can a brokerage enroll its entire agent roster?
Yes — the Team plan covers up to 5 agents or staff, and custom arrangements are available for larger brokerages. Reach out to discuss.
